Barcelona legend Hristo Stoichkov backs Neymar, the current superstar, to choose to be a ‘smart guy’ and not ‘another Judas’ amid all the hints of Real Madrid interest. Former Barcelona forward Hristo Stoichkov strongly believes Neymar is a ‘smart guy’ and that he would be wise enough so that he would not follow the Luis Figo in moving from the familiar ground of Nou Camp to Real Madrid.

Stoichkov scored 84 goals in 175 total matches for Barcelona, winning the World Player of the Year accolade in 1992 and also 1994 whilst at the Nou Camp.
And the prolific Bulgarian Stoichkov backs Neymar to find similar success with the Catalan club.
‘I think Neymar will win a Ballon d’Or with the Barca shirt, he will not be another Judas,’ Stoichkov told Goal. ‘He’s a smart guy, knows this is his team.’
